At GripGrab, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear. If your new equipment isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
